ABOUT US
We are a team of people who have always been fond of tinkering around the-now-ubiquitous MS Excel to come up with our own useful tools. From simple reports to trackers, to databases and dashboards, if it’s not readily available in the existing set of tools, and if it is something possible using any of MS Excel’s functions, then we’ll create it on our own.
With the development of new, but similar platforms such as the Google Sheets of the Google Suite, we have also advanced our skills and our passion for tinkering around such to create our own tools.
Having seen that a lot of people still struggle to unleash the full potential of MS Excel and Google Sheets, we are offering our knowledge, skills and time to help make people’s jobs easier by making full use of the said platforms.
Our Team
With almost a decade's worth of extensive experience, Lenard has shown expertise in the areas of Corporate Financial Planning, Management Reporting, and Business Analytics. He has had exposure in supporting companies both big and small, in industries such as Premium Destination Land Development, Resorts and Hotels, Audio Equipment, FMCG, Electronics Retail, and a SAAS. He played critical roles in the ideation and installation of management reporting and dashboards for multinational corporations, with the primary focus on using analytics that are clear, straight-forward and value-adding. Aside from Sleek Ops, he is currently the Management Reporting and Analytics Manager of an Australian SAAS tech Start-up in Pasig.
Lenard is an active member of the Philippine Institute of Managers. He received his Master of Management Degree from the University of the Philippines, and his degree in Business Administration major in Business Economics from the University of Santo Tomas.
Paul has over ten years of corporate experience in working for both multinational and local organizations. He has an extensive experience in creating solutions for companies from different industries: Mining, Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, and Tech/IT-BPO. Aside from Sleek Ops Consulting, he is currently the Head of the HR Consulting and Payroll Services Business Unit of one of the well-known local consulting firms in the country.
He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology, and earned Post Baccalaureate units in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines – Diliman.
Eventhough still in the early parts of her career, Reg has proven competence in creating value-adding dashboards for a multinational, using a deep understanding of numbers and real-world business scenarios. She is currently a part of a Leaders Program in one of the well-known multinational consulting firms in the country.
Reg is a Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines, with a degree in Business Administration.
